- 2 members from the Medical Specialists Congress (Treasurer and Auditor)
- 4 or more committee chairpersons as appointed by the Executive Board itself.

Function:
-To generate revenues by creating income generating projects to be used by the organization in its various endeavor.
-To eliminate conflict of interest in the practice of medicine while creating business.
-To redefine ethical business standards among medical specialists thru the process of democratic consultation and representation.
-To be able to cope up with the changes and tune of the time by adopting the current concept that “any organization who doesn’t know how to do business is a doomed organization.”
-To actively participate in nation building not only by healing the patient but by healing our national economy.
-To train and encourage members to become entrepreneurs so that medical specialists will be given other choices instead the choice of “fight or flight”.
